Plenty of options to fit your schedule!

CrossFit 8035 at The Garage offers 3 seperate gym spaces.  The largest main gym plays host to our regular WODs and larger classes, and our open gym space offers additional open gym times with it’s own free weights and rig (personal training space available), and we have a small space rentable space for local personal trainers and for our smaller programs! All morning and evening classes are 1-hour long, and trainers get you warmed up, worked out and provide direction on accessory work. The noon class is 45 minutes, with accessory work being options for those who need to head back to work!

  • Working on a new schedule for X-Factor classes so stay tuned! (unless otherwise specified).
