Please note that anybody with less than 6 months of CrossFit experience must start with a Foundations session.

STRENGTH PROGRAM

$25 PER MONTH
  • Includes additional specialized weekly strength and skill programming, membership to barbell club, and access to private FB group
  • Intended for athletes who are serious about rapid improvement, for competing or otherwise
  • This membership must be purchased in conjunction with a standard membership – not available to non-members

SPRING FLING SPECIAL

$199 2 MONTHS
  • $355 VALUE AND AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY! (5/1-6/30)
  • Includes small group foundations and 2 month unlimited membership
  • For new members only (or those who have NOT had an active membership in the past 6 months)

FORTIFY

$65 per month
  • Tuesday/Thursday 11am-12pm classes
  • Geared toward ages 50+, but available to anybody interested
  • Heavy focus on mobility, functional movement, stability and balance with workouts appropriate for all abilities and plenty of modified options
  • This new program begins May 15, 2017!

PUNCHCARD

$110 10 classes
  • punchcards may be used for any CrossFit class, open gym session, or yoga class
  • not applicable to Foundations, workshops, personal training, etc.
