Our CrossFit class options cater to everybody, from Beginners to Elite!




Foundations is a 2-part personal training series that provides new members the opportunity to get set-up for success from the start. This small group setting focused on basic lifts, skills, and terminology, and includes a physical assessment and mobility screen to help you scale appropriately.

Foundations is required for anybody with no CrossFit experience.

Regular CrossFit classes provide members with a high intensity, constantly varied, community-focused atmosphere. Programming promotes improved strength, endurance and overall fitness and health.

Regular CrossFit classes are scheduled throughout the day to cater to member schedules and includes WODS (workouts of the day) and strength.

Team training is for our high-level competitive athletes aiming for Regional/Games qualification. Athletes must qualify for these training sessions by completing a designated, time-capped workout.

This option is not for the faint of heart.  For qualifiers, Team Training is a set membership rate including access to Misfit programming and 2 additional team-only classes per week.
